Security Cleared Personnel and Facilities
Alderson
adheres to strict policies in order to maintain its facility and personnel clearances
from the Defense Security Services. We undergo annual inspections to ensure
our compliance with these regulations. Clearances enable Alderson to provide reporters
to service government agencies and private law firms participating in proceedings
involving national security issues. Each Alderson employee is required to sign
a non-disclosure agreement, and all professional staff are bound by federal and
state court rules for officers of the court.
